The first time I used this oil it made my hair sooo shiny and strong. After that I didn't notice much of a difference. I think it's a good product to have. I actually mix it with either EVOO or EVCO because it is VERY thick (like syrup). It didn't make my hair grow at all, but it is a great moisturizer if you have dry hair. A little goes a long way.
