There is nothing out there that can compete with Triple Paste. My son has really sensitive skin, thus requiring sensitive diapers and special body lotions (such as CeraVe); therefore he gets rashes quite often and Triple Paste is the only thing that can take care of rashes in two or three diaper changes. It is absolutely phenomenal. As far as a preventative measure, I use it every night before going to bed and my baby is as happy as can be. I buy this cream in all sizes to have handy ... just in case. You can never have enough Triple Paste!
