This is the best diaper rash prevention cream that we've tried! We've tried Desitin (the original and maximum strength ones), Balmex and Vaseline, but with Triple Paste, my daughter's diaper rash/open sores healed more quickly! This is the best diaper rash ointment I have ever used on my son. After being a few months old, my son developed a very nasty diaper rash. We tried all the zinc oxide ointments out there. Buttpaste, Desitin, and A+D seemed to do absolutely nothing for his little irritated rear end. Then my cousin told us about Triple Paste and we tried it on his bottom. His rash looked better just 24 hours after beginning to use it and was completely cleared after only three days!!! My son is doing much better now with a non-irritated rear end. What I liked about the Triple Paste is that it is thick and it seems to stay on his bottom. The other ointments were more slippery and did not seem to stay on the skin. I have bought several more tubs of this in preparation of more diaper rashes.Product Review: Best for my baby

My son, who is 7 months old, had a really, really bad diaper rash about two weeks ago. He would cry out in pain whenever anything touched his bum. We found this cream on Amazon and, based on the reviews, decided to give it a try. The cream made his rash better almost immediately and within three days it cleared up the rash completely. We used cheaper creams prior to this but not any more.
