My daughter developed diaper rash when she was two weeks old and I was horrified to hear her cry in pain. I found triple paste by accident on the website and my husband purchased it the next day. The medication prescribed by the pediatrician did not clear up the diaper rash but triple paste started working by the 3rd day. I use it still today and she is seven months old. She has sensitive skin so we do not use wipes, change her constantly and she is still rash free. We do not skimp on it so at times I buy two a month but it is sooo worth it to me.
