These def do the job of working out the muscles, but there really isn't any point in using them for pleasure. The material they're made of isn't as good as I thought it would be, there's crevices that are hard to clean properly. They're horribly uncomfortable to wear sitting upright, I had to be laying down or moving and even then they didn't work well for long term use. The 3 stars is for the fact that they probably work well, but the cons aren't small enough to make me wanna wear them all the time.
