When my kids are sick, this is the only thing that works! Unfortunately this product is slowly being taken off the shelves in regular stores and pharmacies, not because it's unsafe (it's still the #1 pediatrician recommended!) but because it's gotten so much "hype" about giving the wrong dosages to small children. It's a great product and Amazon is always AMAZING. :)
