Product Reviews of Travelon 1st Class Sleeper

Product Review: Pretty Good for people with bad backs
Summary: 4 Stars

While I might make a few changes to the product and it's certainly not a LazyBoy recliner, it did help a bit on my last two airplane trips and for people with bad backs, any improvement is welcome.

I'd like to see it covered with a fabric instead of plastic, but it's not a sticky plastic and really doesn't stick to you.

What I like mainly is that it takes the pressure off your back from one spot and allows you to adjust it and move around to different positions.

I still hurt and I'm stiff after an airplane ride, but not as much as if I just had the regular airplane seat.

Product Review: Pretty great, and not just for coach...
Summary: 5 Stars

If you're one of those lucky people whose company sends you business class for long-haul flights, this is very much worth having in business class too. Inflate it fairly fully (more than it says), bring the footrest of the seat up as high as possible, and then put this on top of the footrest section with its thicker side down where your feet go. This brings the not-quite-flat business class seats up to almost-flat, so that at least all the blood isn't running down into your feet.

Got some admiring looks from the flight attendants. I've only used it about 4 times so far so can't vouch for durability yet, but even the first sleep session made it worth the price.

Product Review: Really comfortable
Summary: 4 Stars

Takes a little experimentation to find the right inflation. For me, it is just 6 or 7 puffs, not 8. More comfortable if you use it with an inflatable neck pillow and a self-inflating camp cushion, but still pretty good without them. Try it on shorter flights first, to figure out the best amount of inflation for you.

Product Review: Sleep very well on long flights
Summary: 5 Stars

I have used the 1st class sleeper on 4 overseas flights. I slept very well for six hours at a time. I rate it a 5 because I actually can sleep. Any discomfort is from the seat design itself. Be careful not to overinflate as it is easy to do. Takes about 8 puffs of air, doesn't seem like a lot but it's all it needs. I left it at customs on my last trip and am now buying another. I won't travel without it.

Product Review: This thing really works!
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased the sleeper pillow in preparation for a 13-hour flight. When I took it out to place on my seat, my boyfriend rolled his eyes at me. I blew it up and shortly thereafter a flight attendant came up to me and told me that another flight attendant uses the sleeper pillow and loves it. Well, I did too. I actually was able to sleep on the plane, something that is very rare for me. I used it again on the return flight and was equally happy with it. I usually take at least one or two international flights a year, so it will definitely come with me for any flight five hours or more. Folding the sleeper pillow and placing it in its carry bag is very easy too. Also, it's small enough to easily fit in my carry-on backpack. I'm so glad I purchased this item!
