Product Review: Kinda expensive...but worth it.

Been doing some biking in 100f weather. Got the trails all to our selves but pay the price in sweat. Without this product, I was so fatigued and burned out I could hardly do anything except want to lay down and die. Drink all the water you want, it wont save you...Brought some on the last ride and WOW! What a difference! You can feel the life pouring back into you after around 10-15 of consumption (No bottle for it, dumped a third at a time into my mouth and swished from the camelbak, nasty but it worked)
Why four stars? Well, the packets are nipped on the sides to assist in tearing open. The nips on a lot of packets actually nip beyond the seal and render the product open by maybe third of a milimeter or half the size of the period on the end of this sentence. Doesn't really hurt anything but the powder will cake over time.

I bought this product online after already trying it out as recommended by a biochemist who'd seen me for some chemical imbalance issues. I had been taking colon cleanse on a daily basis or some other form of stool inducer for at least 15 years. If I missed even one day or traveled I could go a week without a bowel movement. I drink sometimes up to one gallon of water per day, take daily vitamins and typically eat a well balanced diet but still felt thirsty a lot and needed the colon cleanse. Also, my nails have always been dry and brittle. Outside of these annoyances, I was in perfect health among the top percentile with my body mass and chemical ratings for my age and no, do not have diabetes. My biochemist told me I was likely deficient in electrolytes and minerals from flushing them through my body all these years with high water intake. He gave me a sample of the Liquimins and literally by the next day I was able to completely cut out colon cleanse and have been totally regular, feeling hydrated and more energetic, and my nails are growing like weeds. I take a packet at night before bed then another upon waking and feel like it was the natural cure I had been longing for. One box costs $16 at Whole Foods so the 2 box deals on Amazon for $20 are a good deal.Product Review: gave me headaches

While this product tasted good and contains lots of electolytes, I got a headache after drinking it. This was a incredibly dissapointing -- as other electolyte tablets (i.e. NUUN) actually alleviate my headaches.
