As I step up my cycling I've been looking for an alternative to the insanely expensive tubes of tablets that are flying around. Tried these and sorry to say they are just nasty tasting. Packaging is great, you get all excited to chug the stuff on the road, then find you're drinking something that tastes like salt and rocks that may have been in the same room as a cranberry a couple of weeks ago. But if taste is not important to you, it does seem to have the right ingredients.Product Review: electrolytes

The product has potential, BUT- the addition,UNNECESSARY, of FRUCTOSE (YUCK) which is so bad for us, turned me off. I actually called the manufacturer and complained! I have since reordered another product without any sugar!!!Product Review: good

Personally, I really love this product but I do see how some people would dislike the taste. It's very light in flavor and it's fizzy (had a few water bottle bursts from the fizz). I like that it's not too sweet (only very slightly sweet) and has a light fresh taste. I love the convenience of carrying a small packet around and mixing it in water whenever I needed it. I used it through training for a half marathon and continue to use it on long runs or when feeling dehydrated. I like the natural ingredients and extra added minerals. I feel great when I drink it.
