this leaves me feeling full for about 3 hours, after mixing it with 8 oz of juice and about a cup and a half of frozen fruit. it leaves a filmy kinda residue on my tongue, but all in all the taste isn't bad. it has no fiber in it, which is a con, but the protein value isn't bad. i'm going to try spiru-tein next, to see if it's any better.Product Review: this stuff is good, but chocolate is better

this taste really good. blends well in a mixer/blender machine. i actually lost 5lbs in a week and a half just by adding this stuff whith a cup of plain soy milk, 1/2 banana and 3 ounce water. good to go. get this stuff if you need something quik in the morinings or on the go!. this stopped me from eating unhealthy food and snacking all the time.......get this stuff!!!
