Product Review: Tastes Like Ground Up Paper and Smells like an Elementary School Art Project

I ordered the Naturade Total Soy All-Natural French Vanilla Powder meal replacement and I'm very disappointed to say that the product is really hard to get down. I've had meal replacement shakes before and this is by far the worst vanilla flavour and texture I've ever had -- it tasted like I was drinking ground up notebook paper and the smell is foul also.
If you like vanilla, I would recommend GNC's lean shakes. Their vanilla bean is delicious! If you want Naturade Soy, I recommend the strawberry cream...now that's delicious and it tastes like the Hershey's strawberry syrup, but without tasting super sweet and artificial because Hershey uses high fructose corn syrup and other b.s.

Most of the reviews here are from people who don't really take nutrition seriously. They're looking for a simple meal replacement in seemingly hectic lives. And that's fine, but for those who take nutrition more seriously this product is not worth the low price. In a nutshell, you get 13g of protein and 20g of Carbs (16g of sugar). Way too much sugar. It is as if you are drinking one-third of a coke every time you use this product. There are many products out there that have 20g protein with 2 or 3 grams carbs (with little to no sugar). The price and taste on this product is good. It's just that the nutritional density isn't there, plain and simple.Product Review: Yummy and filling

I was drinking Slim Fast High Protein, but switched to this because of the lower cost. This product was only $13 at my local Sam's Club, FYI.
I preferred the taste of the Slim Fast High Protein, but this is pretty good, and has almost double the protein as the Slim Fast high Protein. It's a tiny bit gritty and pretty thick. I find that if you make it into a smoothie with a frozen banana and a little more skim milk than it normally calls for, it turns out very well. I've only had a few servings of it, so I'm sure I'll get more used to the taste over time.
Works well as a meal replacement -- keeps hunger at bay for a few hours. Also rounds off a tiny meal very well and makes you feel full.
There is also a money-back guarantee if you don't like it, not that I had to look into that.

it dissolves well, taste really good. not gritty or super thick like other meal replacements, fills you up. replacing two meals a day with this stuff has helped me lose weight. dump the diet pills and load up on soy-naturade. my personal favorite is the chocolate...it REALLY taste good.
