I use this when I am having tense shoulders or a headache coming on. A lot of the time I use it it will get the job done. However there are certain times when I use it and it doesn't seem to phase the pain. It could be due to the severity of it however, I always want to keep a bottle of this around to use, its a much healthier solution than reaching for the ibuprofen bottle.
Keep this in your cabinet for your first option, it usually starts working for me very quickly, within 10-15 minutes. If it doesn't get the trick done, then go onto your heavier artillery.
