This item arrived in a box about sized 18x14x2.5. in about 7 days. It seems to work OK as as an erection aid. The cylinder is 2 inches x 8 inches. I am an average guy and it worked OK. I would like one a little slimmer though. 2 inches across is pretty huge. The vacuum gage works well. The product instructions say not to go over 15, but 5 was plenty. I know men who have injured themsilves with these so be careful to over do it. See peyronies forum on the internet. I am going to make my own sleeve from a bike inner tube that is snugger and longer. The sleeve that came with it worked well though. I am looking for more stretch than width. I am trying to correct a curve so this cylinder is not right for me due to size. The hose that comes with the device is pretty rigid. I will buy some flexible vacuum hose at Autozone cheap. Smaller cylinders are availalbe from Boston but cost over $50 each. Perhaps I should have started with them. The pump is made out of plstic and works well but not sure of its durability. The enhancement cream seems to be thicker than normal unsented hand lotion which works well as a lube. It has no smell and wipes off easily without a mess. You can buy buy unsented hand lotion cheap at [...]though.
