I bought these because I would use a similar product to clean my mothers mouth in the hospital. These ones were a disappointment and I ended up throwing them out. While the sponge head is good, the paper wand is not. As soon as it gets wet, it starts to fall apart. The paper wand, or handle, simply breaks down and is unusable. These really should use a plastic wand.
I suppose for really really light use these could work. (Like, just a quick wipe, or perhaps just to moisten the mouth). But for any oral thrush or general cleaning, it is not usable.
