This is a great tasting toothpaste. It's fluoride free and I've been using it or one of the other great Tom's of Maine floride free toothpastes. (They carry fluoride toothpastes too, so be sure and read the label if you want that in your toothpaste.) I love the peppermint flavor too. We have used Tom's for a number of years now. My husband prefers the spearmint, I have to say I like the fennel version even better ;). You just want to keep brushing with that delicious paste! Tom's toothpaste is so much healthier than the brands commonly available in supermarkets and pharmacies. Sure it's more expensive than the generic pepperminty paste on your corner store's shelves but well worth it. We're talking about stuff that we put in our mouths and, when swallowing something accidentally, our bodies here. You wouldn't want your kids to swallow the chemically flavored pastes right, so neither should you! But without getting preachy on you - a little Tom's goes a long way. Gets both your teeth and your breath clean.
