So far I am not impressed with this purchase since it broke the very first day it was worn. Then I sent an email and got a prompt response that a replacement will be sent. It is been over three weeks and still no necklace. Apparently they were waiting for me to send the defective necklace before sending the replacement. That was disappointing. I had not planned to keep the defective necklace but I wanted to make sure I got the replacement before sending anything back. I did send it back once I received another email checking to see if it had been sent. Now I am waiting to get the replacement.
