I have been using this product during the winter months as suggested by my yoga teacher to aid in warding off colds, etc. It has worked well,I have been cold free so far!!! And, it smells wonderful...actually quite soothing!. Would recommend to anyone to use. You only need a tiny drop, so although it is somehwat costly, it will last a very long time. I've been using Thieve's Oil for over a year now and haven't had as much as a sniffle even though I've been regularly exposed to all of my grandchildren's various illnesses. Each night after I shower, while my pores are open, I mix two drops of Thieves into four drops of organic Jojoba oil in the palm of my hand and then massage it into the bottom and sides of my feet. Then I slip on soft socks. That's it! So easy and so effective!Product Review: great product
