Works great to warm arthritic knees. I accidentally discovered another use for the pad. My Yorkie grandpuppy was visiting for the week. I couldn't get her off my lap, she loved the warmth so much. I ordered another one for the pup. My daughter puts the heated pad under the blanket in the dog's bed. Perfect size for tiny dogs!Product Review: convenient

I recieved it two days ago. first, let me tell you that 30 minutes claim is not valid. I microwaved the pad for the time suggested and got around 10-12 minutes of therapeutic heat. The beads draws moisture from air, so i don't know effective it would be in dry season. I haven't, but it can also be used for cold therapy. This type of product is convenient (no mess). Overall quality of material look good and there is one year warranty.Product Review: good quality

This product heats in the microwave in two minutes and stays hot longer (with no odor) than others I have tried. Great for heating up the bed on cold nights or soothing aching muscles.
