Product Review: Great for the neck, but doesn't actually reach the shoulders

This product feels great to have on and does not carry any yucky smells after heating in the microwave. It stays warm for only about 20 minutes, but that seems worth it to me at this price. I like the seams throughout--the rice and other filling agents can't get all bunched up in one place. I do find it to be a bit too long than works for my neck and simply tying the strings together is not enough to have it fit snugly around my neck, so--though it looks a bit crazy--I just rubber band the extra and it fits fine. Also, it says it's for neck and shoulders, but that's just not so. Great for the neck, but doesn't even touch the shoulders. Worth it if all you need is for it to cover your neck or you have something else that's great for the shoulder area which might be a good idea to switch to anyway once this one cools down.Product Review: Great product!

I am very happy with this product. My physical therapist uses something like it to treat my neck pain. I like the fact that it can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer. I have bought several similar products in the past and have always been disappointed for one reason or another. One primary gripe has been the smell when heated in the microwave. So I was rather jaded when I bought this product thinking it wasn't going to work, but was pleasantly surprised. It heats evenly in my microwave. It doesn't smell when heated. The heat lasts for about 20 minutes or so. The heat feels very good on my neck, as I had neurosurgery several months ago. I actually think this product is going to help me recoop from my surgery. I can't really think of any negatives. I almost never take time to rate a product on Amazon, but felt compelled to rate this product. IT REALLY DOES WORK WELL.Product Review: Love IT!

This is my first neck wrap/moist heat product attempt. There were so many to choose from and really, I chose this one because the reviews were so positive. I love this product! One minute in the microwave made it plenty hot for my neck and it's shaped well to stay in place and not shift around while I walk and move. The price was right and it's doing just what I needed it to do. A happy customer!Product Review: Love this product!

works great for neck, and when drapped over one shoulder , and tied under opposite axilla, works nicely there too. very comforting , I ended up giving mine to my Dad to use, and this the 2nd one I am buying.I hope it is tan like the picture, my first one was white , and looked soiled after a few uses.
