As a cold wrap it just doesn't get cold enough and the tie is not secure enough, a velcro fasten would have been much better.Product Review: great product

I love the fact that this is so portable. I even take it to work! It feels really good when warmed in the microwave for a minute and 1/2. I haven't used it cold, but that would probably be good to, I just like the heat.Product Review: the best I've found

This is a terrific therapeutic neck compress. Its shape is just right and it doesn't have that rice-type smell you can get after microwaving wraps filled with natural materials. The shape is far superior to a plain cylindrical wrap--no bunching of the filling at the ends, and it conforms to the neck. I have one of these at work and one at home.
