I have previously used several of the thermacare heating appliances made for other body parts and was very pleased with them. These on the other hand left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I purchased three boxes (all three the lower back version) at once since they were on sale and have found that every single pad in each of the three boxes are defective. I checked the expiration dates (good for more than a year from now) and after I found the first not to work I checked that the other pouches were airtight before opening them. Still not a single one worked. I will never use another product from thermacare because of this.
