I have chonic neck pain and have been searching for the right pillow for years, I used to sleep with a stack of pillows beside my bed and a small stack of assorted foam peices beside my cervical pillow for adjustments to the other pillows...I literally dreamed of finding ONE pillow that would meet my comfort and pain tolerance needs. I found it with this pillow, ugly as sin, but beautiful in the eyes of a chronic sufferer. If you prefer to sleep with your head propped up while on your back, this pillow will not work for you (my husband hates it, but he does not have neck pain) It could use a little more room lengthwise for the side peices, if you yave a big noggan you might roll off the side. the head cradel takes some getting used to as it is a little restrictive, but overall I would say this is the most practical solution for people who have neck pain yet like to alternate positions throughout the night.Product Review: No sure about this one.

I had severe whiplash 14 years ago and still have serious problems with my neck. I have tried many pillows from various chiropractors and this has been the best for me. Started using one about 8 years ago and will stay with it as long as they keep making it.Product Review: Relief

Like all products- this may not be the answer for everyone. For me- it meant instant relief from neck pain. This pillow was recommended by my chiropractor. She had them in her office, so I could lay on it and she could look at my spine and tell me which size to get. This really is the best way to know you're getting the right size.
As many others have noted, it does take some getting used to (I'm a side sleeper). However, I noticed an immediate reduction in neck/mid back pain. My neck pain is not completely gone but it is significantly better. I forgot to take my pillow on a recent overnight trip and thought I could "get by".
I won't make that mistake again.
This pillow has improved my quality of life and reduced the number of visits I make to the chiropractor. It is well worth the price.

I am trying to return the 2 pillows I ordered.
The package of the 2 pillows was a fold over and not sealed in the first place. What can I expect to happen?

We know you wouldn't want us to send you a used health care product .
1. Do not ship back used, damaged or incomplete merchandise. It will only create a difficult situation and we will not refund used merchandise. Pillows are considered used if they have been removed from the sealed plastic wrap.
