This is my second Therapeutica pillow. I have worn out the first. I take it everywhere, even on vacation. I have degenerative disk disease in my neck and this is the only pillow that prevents pain for me.Product Review: Wow! really works.

I expected to find this pillow a waste of money and to throw it away.
It is so relaxing to sleep on. You can breathe very nice with this pillow. You can't close your mouth completely while resting on the pillow so it helps with TMJ.
I am a belly sleeper and I did not miss sleeping on my belly at all. I was content sleeping on my side and back. Belly sleeping is bad for you back.
I have TMJ and you can lay on your side with this pill and it does not hurt your jaw because nothing is touching you jaw. You can't do this with a regular pillow. I tried.
I am very impressed. I felt like I was in heaven the first night I slept on it. It feels like it is very good for the neck. The position the pillow puts your neck and head is very relaxing and feels good.
Nice that something is good for a change.
The doctor prescribed Allegra twice a day for allergies. The sinus and jaw are connected.
He also prescribed Alleve twice and day.
and some cortesone pills for 7 days. He is treating me for sinus problems. This is common the dentist says. Sinus problems acting like Jaw problems.
So ask you doctor about it.

Don't worry and get yourself in a stressed out state. I think the stress is causing the pain in the jaw. The more relaxed I am the better I am. So you aren't allowed any more stress!
I am five foot three and I ordered the medium. Seems fine.

I was introduced to this pillow almost 10 years ago by my chiropractor. the adult size was very uncomfortable for me, so he let me try the child's size--now i use the petite adult pillow. this pillow has corrected subluxations (translate: kinks) in my back that i went to sleep with. i am pretty rough on my body and only got to see our family chiropractor when i got home from college--which is not that often! this pillow has been my nightly chiropractor!!! it has broken me of the bad habit of sleeping on my stomach and re-aligns my spine nightly. i LOVE this pillow and will use it the rest of my life!Product Review: finally got what I wanted

I've been buying different pillows for years now, memory foam, down, water filled, etc. looking for something that was actually comfortable. This one is PERFECT.
Pay close attention to the sizing chart. It is important.
Also, Ishining.com (where I got mine) had a good price and shipped really quick.

This is an excellent pillow all around. My quality of sleep is definately improved when I'm using it as compared to any other pillow I've tried. It also helped me to break the habit of sleeping on my stomach (which is NO GOOD for the cervical curve in your neck!). I've owned mine for almost a year, and I'm now purchasing one for each of my parents!
