First of all, I want to give a shout out to the customer service whose instantaneous response had made my day. When I placed my order, the package was said to be delivered within 3-5 days. Since I would not be able to pick up the gloves if the package was to come 5 days later, I wrote an email asking the company to have it delivered early. The response was within hours, assuring me that the package would most likely arrive in three days. And it did! So, as promised, I have written a review for the gloves and I rarely write reviews.
The gloves are my gift to my Mom, who has arthritis. At night, her hands ache a lot and disturb her sleep. When she tried on the gloves the first time, she was surprised as how her pain was reduced. Of course these gloves would not completely get rid of the pain, there would still be a little bit of the aching, but overall, I think that these therapeutic gloves do what they are described to do.
I would recommend this product and I had a very satisfactory experience with the customer service.
