I loved the beads, and it did knock out a headache in just a few minutes. It is very cold though, and it takes several minutes on your eyes of removing it and putting it back on again in order to tolerate the cold. The cold last less than 30 minutes though and then the condensation runs down your face once it starts thawing. I bought this thinking it would help my sinuses. I get severe inflammation at night that keeps me congested. It doesn't help with that, but if you have a sinus headache or even a stress headache, it does help that.
