Customer Review: THE best for trigger point self massage!

Trigger point massage is a powerful technique for pain relief as well as recovering one's mobility. The shape of the theracane is ideal for self-massaging the difficult places like back, shoulders and buttocks, and almost unreachable muscles like subscapularis and psoas. Its shape allows for easily applying pressure especially on the back of the body without a lot of effort. The material is sturdy and not cold (important if your trigger points are irritated). The theracane works great in sitting position as well as lying down on top of it, using one's own body weight to provide the required pressure, especially for the back, the back of the shoulders and the buttocks. I strongly recommend the books authored by Clair Davies about trigger points and frozen shoulder to be used with the theracane: [...]
Description of TheraCane
The Thera Cane is a deep pressure massage device which can be used to gently massage tender points in the muscles. The user can easily massage any part of the body by using one of the six strategically placed projections. A minimal amount of arm movement and gentle pressure is all that is needed for effective treatment. Each Thera Cane comes with a fully illustrated instructional manual.
