I love the Thera Cane I used at my mother's house, so I decided to buy one for myself. I purchased this package with the poster. The poster is amazingly useful. Took all the guess work out of trying to find those elusive trigger points. It's also laminated so it lasts forever. Great deal and purchase.Product Review: Worth it's weight in gold!

i think the product is ok but it is not as easy to use as many people make out. in reality, there can be no easy way to self massage your back. a ball against a wall is probably better in my opinion as using this product may aggravate your condition as much as it helps. Not the products faulty, just the realities of anatomy and biophysics.

better product than you can imagine. it has so many uses for every pain. the poster is perfect,very useful. delivery was quick, product was packaged so it couldnt ne damaged. i am buying the theracanes for all my family for christmas.
