Product Review: Gave me the information I wanted without any 'fluff'

I recently got my Thera Cane, and then ordered the DVD to learn the most effective ways to use it, and this video did just that. Not interested in 'production' stuff... just wanted the information, and I got it. I liked it so much that I have ordered another DVD for my son, who also has a Thera Cane and uses it, but has not yet seen the information on the DVD. This instruction was well worth the small cost, and the Thera Cane is a great tool.

Watching the DVD was better than reading and understanding the manual that came with the Thera Cane. I couldn't figure out some of the positions but actually watching someone do them made it clearer. The seller is great! After I complained that the DVD was faulty, seller sent me a replacement and to save me the postage and trip to the post office, said just discard it. When I discovered it was my laptop DVD player that had the problem and not the DVD, seller was still considerate. This video, although old, is a great way to help you learn about and get the most out of your Thera-Cane.
It covers the entire body and is very comprehensive. Good camera angles to show you the proper and IMPROPER
ways of using this wonderful tool. Absolutely worth the price!

I owned the Theracane for about a year and used it on my back where needed. I did not have any direction, merely used it on sore areas. I watched the DVD and it was helpful to show all the areas of the body that could be worked and the best way to address problems. Worth $5 if you don't want to take the time to read a book but would like to receive the benefits of the product.Product Review: Instructional CD

The CD illustrated the various ways to use the theracane depending on which part of the body was the focus.
I believe it should have illustrated more slowly exactly how to use the cane. To review the section needed the entire CD had to be scanned. Pausing it to absorb each maneuver would have been helpful.
