For the most part this dvd is okay. There are other portions that are difficult to see however. I would not waste anymore money on this. It is a good thing that I got the dvd before spending money on the cane. Buyer Beware!!!

The Thera Cane video is a good introduction into the use of the theracane. However, I found the manual that comes with the theracane easier to use so haven't gone back to looking at the DVD.Product Review: Dont waste money

This Thera Cane ® Instructional DVD may help someone who have no clue how to use thera cane but thats not even basic understanding how to use it, wont recommend for $5.
May be you will see for one or two time and then u wont even remember where that DVD is...but may be that's just me.

This an excellent tool to self massage yourself. It is very steady and very controllable. You can really reach in with it. I tried different canes and this is the best one. Buy it for yourself and your friends and they will love it!
Don't forget to buy the instructional DVD. It is really helpful in learning the proper way to use it.
