First things first: when you're ready for health, you might want to consider putting taste aside for a time. This product surpasses most in its class in terms of of taste, but if you want something sweet and sugary, you've come to the wrong product. If you're used to the American Diet (junk) then it will take time for your tastes to adjust, but they will, and you can't beat this product, or at lest, you'd have to use a lot of others to come close. I've used it for years. I don't think it's a complete meal replacement long-term although some have had success in that department. The body needs more. But if you're looking for a good source of nutrition that mixes easily and is packed with good stuff, here it is. And oh, if you can't figure out how to use a spoon to measure out one third cup, you can Google it. Not too tough.
