Horrible, horrible, horrible! Don't be fooled by other reviews. I am another person that has been fooled and spent $30 on useless plastic. There is no amplification from the device and all that I can hear is echoed sound. I will never in my life buy anything produced from the manufacturer of this product. This has been the 3rd purchase in a row from Amazon that has been sub-par, and now I will only use Amazon as my third option when considering purchases. Sorry for the rant, but Amazon has to do a better job when selling "quality" and "new" products to its consumers.Product Review: Don't buy

You'd think you could hear really well with this item. NOT SO...it wouldn't even pick up my TV set which is 5 feet from my chair.
