I've had the SSA for 3 months now and I also have 5 other "cheap" hearing aids ranging from $5 to $125. The SSA is by far the best. That's not to say it's perfect or will replace a $3000 hearing aid; it won't. But with rechargeable batteries (a huge savings) and a good fit, I like it. Anyone who can't get it to fit isn't bending the wire. I actually cut into my ear I had it so tight at one point, so it does grip the ear very well. I may buy another just to have one charged at all times.
