Soft, chewy, and fairly comfortable (the materials are fantastic), but for me, only works some of the time. The bottom part has a tab for the back of your lower front teeth that is essential for holding your jaw forward. The top part has nothing for the posterior aspect of your teeth and I find that the device occasionally slips off because of this. It works well if you can get it to stay put; quality of sleep is greatly improved. It also helps with tooth grinding. However, I find that it usually ends up falling out of my mouth sometime during the night, so from that point on it's crappy sleep as usual. If they could only redesign this thing with fuller top and bottom posterior tooth support, I think that would solve everything.Product Review: Two weeks in

It hurts,,My lower teeth have a dull pain in the am.. Im hoping that it does adjust over time and willing to try. Its hard to make it through a full night with the piece in. I do think it cuts down on snoring and I would def say my energy level is a bit higher.
If you are going to get this item, get ready to commit some pain to see if it works ... Im OK with some mild pain with the hope to adjust if it works longer term. If you think you are going to buy this and it wont hurt you,,you are wrong.
I will add more comments in a month ...seems ok but no pain no gain..

My wife says I snore less and I feel more alert during the day, all in i think it works.. Would add that i go to bed at 9:30 ish and yank this thing out at 3:30 am cause it kils.
Pain is a little less than when i started, usually goes away quick.
For $40 beans, its worth a try .. I have mild sleep apnea and it helps....

First, it does not fit most mouths. As another reviewer said - it is not possible for one of these to be 1 size fits all. THis device is not different. Also, the whole in the front becomes a "slobber hole" at night. Your pillow will be soaked by morning.
