This cups works like a charm. I remember i had the same issue swallowing pills when i was young. My parents got me this and it worked. I just bought this for my son...exact same cup, the boy still has issues swallowing pills, but that isn't the cups fault.
Product Review: not what we hoped for

This works great if the capsule goes down the first time. If it doesn't, the gelatin gets wet and sticks to the side of the cup, making it a more difficult rather than easier task to swallow the cpsule. Disappointing.
