Slightly smaller than a Pringles potatoe chip can, it really helps my lower back while driving for long periods in my car. I ordered the McKenzie standard lumbar roll too and I use that one in my office. It's slightly larger and not as firm as the super but works well. I'm happy with both. I do ergonomic adjustments for people at their work stations and have tried numerous lumbar support cushions. This one is by far the most popular and effective in relieving back fatigue. Many cushions like the full roll or even half roll are too big and too firm for most people to use. This one is tapered both on the ends and the top and bottom so it fits more chairs and seats. The adjustable strap helps keep it in place. Many people purchase a second one to use in their car after using it for a while in their office. The price here is the best I could find too. By the way, I use one in my car too!
