This D-section lumbar roll is bigger and firmer than the McKenzie Super Roll Lumbar Support which I prefer. I do ergonomic adjustments for employees in their work stations and this lumbar roll is too big and too firm for most people who try it. It does work for those who like to sit forward in their chairs and still get some lumbar support. I provide about 6 of the Super Rolls each month and only give one of these away every 6 months.Product Review: back pain
