I bought this massage tool to use on my boyfriend & it seems to do the job. We use it to work out the knots in his shoulders & back. It's helps me out since I would overextend my thumbs trying to rub out his kinks & knots. However, it puts pressure on my wrist. Or that could be from how I've got my hand positioned. I'd recommend this product if you want to use something additional to help with muscle pain!
