I typically have to use both pads and tampons...not anymore! I've only used this for one period but I'm a huge moon cup fan. It can be tricky to break suction but as long as you have it in right you hardly need a panty liner! Yay!!!Product Review: easy to use and efficient

I really enjoy using this over tampons because it doesn't leave an odor. Also, its soft and easy to use. Know that you can cut the stem to the level that is comfortable for you. It takes time to get used to, but once you have it, you own it! PS It may seem messy when you are at a public bathroom, but have your tissues or wipes ready. There are some forums about how to use it, read up on them because there are great tips! EnjoyProduct Review: life changing

never going back to tampons again! not difficult to get in and once it's in the right spot you don't feel it because it sits lower than a tampon! if you want to go chemical free with out spending an arm and a leg on organic cotton tampons then try it it's worth it!!!!!!!

This is FALSE ADVERTISING.
The functional capacity of the moon cup (up to the holes) is only about half of that.
