This thing is awful. For one....it's tiny. You look at it and think, "I paid [...] bucks for this?" What's worse, it is incredibly uncomfortable. I thought this would be an easy way to stave of knots in my back between massages, but I would recommend continue looking. Don't bother with this.Product Review: It hurts so much but feels so good

I have tennis (outside) and golfer (inside) elbow tendonitis. The Knobble used a 2 -3 times a day provides some relief and releases some of the tension in my elbow. Just find where the pain is and gradually work the knobble in that area.
