Awesome massager! I ordered this one and another one that had more knobs on it. What I love about the Knobble II is that is is easy to hold and do some really deep knot work without my hand feeling awkward or sore. Without oil, it tugs a bit on the skin despite being hard, smooth plastic. But with oil incredible! I was able to work out knots under my boyfriend's scapula that have been a chronic issue in just one session! Would highly recommend to anyone.Product Review: Didn't work for me

I purchased this item out of desperation due to back pain. I use this item in conjunction with the knowledge I have learned from the Trigger Point Workbook......both worth their weight in gold...even purchased one for a friend in pain..just remember use a light touch in the beginning and only on covered skin.Product Review: Good tool to have

The knobble works really well on sore back knots. Yes, keep away from spine, and apply light pressure to sore spots. Otherwise use the large flat side for massage. Great on hands for the person using that may have sensitivity, arthritis, etc.
