If this is a game, then "War and Peace" was a short story. WD is more like a series of new friends teaching you meditation, breath control, and mindfulness. It uses a biofeedback mechanism that is easy to set up on your computer - no expensive black boxes, no appointments to keep, and no stress management trainer required. Don't look for scores or points; look to yourself. As an earlier reviewer said: you gain from this what you put into it.
There are no right answers in WD - or wrong ones, either. It is easy to become so caught up in the beautiful environment that it's hard to pull away. People might say that about "Grand Theft Auto" or "Doom" too, - nothing "wrong" with that, but WD in a far healthier, quieter, and beautiful environment to explore and the only opponent is within you.
(By the way, for an enhanced experience, try using this with a big screen TV for a monitor! The teachers and guides seem even more intimate, impressive and real - it's as if they are in the room with you.)
