I already had one of these pillows, and I like using it so much that I decided to get a couple more while they're still available. The inner contents allow for one to adjust the thickness to fit your individual comfort, by 'squeezing' the little beads to 'pop' them down flat. Other brands of these pillows are much too thick to be comfortable around my neck, and they do not allow for any kind of thickness 'adjustment'. I also appreciate the included removable cover, allowing for occasional laundering.
