Product Review: Good all around option for neck/shoulder tension

This neckwrap is a nice size and very well made. The herb pouch adds a relaxing touch. I wish it could get hotter and could be microwaved longer than 1 and a half minutes, but I understand that it would burn the inside contents and shorten the life of the product. The only problem I have is the smell. I don't know if it's the flax seed, but it smells weird. Other than that, it is nice, warm, soft, and comfortable.
