This neck wrap actually caught on fire and burnt in my microwave. Thank goodness I did not put it in and walk away. The pouch where the "fragrance packet" is located must have contained some type of metallic substance as it started burning after only 30 seconds in the microwave. I immediately stopped the microwave and pulled it out and threw it in the sink. It burned in a 2 inch circle, the outside material was hardened and the inside material was blackened. A total waste of money not to mention dangerous as well.Product Review: excellent neck pillow

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST NECK PILLOWS I HAVE EVER USED.
WHAT MAKES IT SO COMFORTABLE IS THAT IT DOES NOT GRAP YOUR NECK AND GIVES SUPPORT WHERE IT SHOULD BE. TOO MANY OF THESE PILLOWS ARE TIGHT AROUND THE FRONT OF YOUR NECK AND CANNOT BE ADJUSTED.
THE FABRIC IS ALSO VERY COMFORTABLE AND NOT HOT.
