I love this product! I have had plantar fasciitis for months and after I used this foot roller I finally experienced some relief. Yes, it is intense. When I first used it I was surprised at how intense it felt, but I got used to it within minutes. It feels like it is working out the lumps in my foot. I am purchasing another one so I can have it at work.

I was diagnosed having "plantar fasciitis". I had problems walking right after sitting down for sometime. The soles of my feet hurt, even the toes hurt sometime. I did the stretches in the morning. Rolled frozen water bottles with my feet to lessen the swelling. It helped a bit but I still had problems walking. After using the Foot & Body roller for my feet, the aches went away most of the time. I just use it when my feet acts up (which is rare these days) for few minutes and the pain goes away. It is a good buy!
