Product Review: Biffy Bidet is an excellent product.

My son installed a Biffy Bidet in my guest bathroom about 8 months ago. The response from guests has been pretty cool. The women love it (especially at certain times), and the men seem to like the easy way it can be adjusted to fit them personally (at least that's what they tell me). I'm using my downstairs guest bath way too much. It's time to order another one for upstairs. Thank you Biffy for a really effective product.

I bought this product two years ago and my family uses it every day. I'm ordering a second unit because my children keep using only one toilet: MINE!, since they got used to the many advantages of getting their little buts rinsed and fresh. They learned how to use it at the age of 3. In our case the biffy turned to be an absolute necessity. If you're considering this product for your home or office, don't hesitate! It is very easy to connect, and once connected you just forget about maintenace or complicated cleaning. We had a similar product before, made of metal. It worked well but was more complicated to connect, operate and clean. After a few years it broke at a spot that was impossible to repair.

I agree with a reviewer before me. The handle is a bit close to the seat and if you have larger thighs it presses into them. For me this is not a big deal, the device works great.

You must learn to use the device a little; if you are untrained, you can make a wet mess. You MUST lean back or make sure that your rear completely covers the rear of the toilet seat opening or the sprayer will squirt your clothing or get the toilet set wet for the next person.

I love the pressure control! It is easy to control WHERE you want the spray. I tried the $1000 Jasmin TOTO model and I can say that this cheap Biffy blows it away. The Toto is made for a very small person - so it never hit me in the right area. The feminine wash hit my taint, at best. Also the water pressure is EXTREMELY LOW on the Jasmin Toto, I prefer the high pressure wash and no electric is required to get this!

On the down side, the Biffy only sprays cold water. Not to worry though, you only have a slight register of cold for a second, unless you live in a cold house; as I understand, your body doesn't have many temp. sensors in this area. I did like the warm water on the pricy electronic models--but then again I guess I would not want to pay the electric bill for that pleasure. You can buy an additional water tank for the side of your toilet with the Biffy to warm the water. When I lived in FL this was unnecessary, now that I am in a colder dlimate I have purchased the heated side tank too. My mother bought the ambient side tank and wrapped a heating pad around it (this is what the bun warmer is and she did made it for less money).

Yes, I did try the moist wipes, but the antiseptic or alcohol or perfumes irritated my area and cases problems over time. They also are bad for my septic system and make city sewer treatment more costly. Kinda of stupid all around.

I recommend the Biffy for women with Yeast issues. My parts have been much healthier and after two weeks, I noticed a big difference. Its great for men with hairy rears or constipation. My husband LOVES it - enough said. If you are elderly, on medication that causes digestive issues, or find it difficult to wipe, this is the best thing for you. My grandmother had a stroke and has not had fun in the bathroom since due to the medications. I bought her one last week and it brought her to tears of joy. She jokes about going to just sitting in the bathroom for fun. It help relieve a lot of pain for her due to toilet paper (cold water was best for her).

You will want one on every toilet.
