I love my Biffy, only I am having a problem with the connection leaking. My Plumber hasn't called me back yet so I'm not sure if it's the connection or the product itself. I thought I would have to have him hook up the warm water supply to it, but have gotten used to it being a little cool rather quickly. It was easy to hook up, but I just need to get the leak resolved. It might just need more teflon tape on the threads. I wish the handle came in brass, chrome or brushed nickle also, it would look more upscale that way.
