Read good review and try this one, big mistake, my eye still feel dry after use, is too much bubble, almost no liquid when i open, probably was defective, brought it walmart, maybe that explain why, my eye was so dry, not sure if the drop make it worst, i had to go to walgreen asap buy other brand eye drop alcon ultra to reliefe dryness.
Product Review: excellent drops for a great price Summary: 4 Stars
Since I had lasic eye surgery, I've needed to use eye drops several times a day for dry eyes. My eye doc reminded me that when you use drops that often, its a good idea to avoid preservatives used in most bottled drops, and that even with preservatives, bottled drops once opened should be discarded after about a month since every time you use them they are absorbing contaminants from the air (remember this if you were keeping an open bottle of drops in the medecine cabinet for a year!).
These preservative-free drops are excellent, and if you need them more than once a day, the fact that you can re-close the vial and there is always enough for a 2nd use makes them the most reasonably priced vials I've seen out there. I even keep one in my wallet for "emergency" use, though I've found that you have to wrap a bit of scotch tape around the neck of the vial to keep to top from snapping off, unless you keep them where they don't get knocked around.
Product Review: extremely dry eye Summary: 5 Stars
I have been using this product for almost 18 years. i have sjogrens syndrom and need eye lubricant regularly, day and night. Looking for a really good buy on both night and day lubricants.
Product Review: handy Summary: 5 Stars
Like the individual use vials. That is very handy and allows me to easily keep them in various places where they might be needed, such as my office and car, without buying several big bottles. Also like that they don't have preservatives in them, which most eye drops do. Great for computer users and also during allergy season.
Product Review: not right for my eyes Summary: 4 Stars
These drops make my eyes feel more comfortable, but they make my vision significantly blurry for a good ten minutes. Since the liquid itself is clear, I'm assuming it's my eyes reacting to it. Maybe the active ingredients (dextran 70 and hypromellose 2910)? The single-use vials do offer more product (0.03 fl oz) per vial (compared to all the others I've tried which are 0.01 fl oz per vial). I do like that they are preservative-free, but my eyes prefer Refresh Plus (active ingredient: carboxymethylcellulose sodium) or Oasis Tears (active ingredient: glycerin). Both of those are also preservative-free. Refresh Plus is reasonably priced and pretty easy to find, on Amazon or in drug stores, but Oasis Tears are quite price-y ($20 for 30 single-use vials that, unlike many others, cannot be re-capped), and they are not as easy to find. Available through their website or in select physicians' offices.
I did read several other reviews that said to try different kinds of eye drops until you find one you like/that works for you, so I do believe this is a good product, just not the best one for me.
