This is a sleek and elegant accessory which graces the bathroom of casa Raddick. I can't vouch for how it functions as it only has a 300 lb capacity and it runs out of power as I tend to blot out the sunlight. It sure looks good though.
Description of Taylor 8100 Solar-Powered Digital Bath Scale
Powered by solar cells that charge either in natural light or in normal room light, this electronic scale doesn't need batteries. It displays weight in pounds or kilograms, is accurate to 0.5 pounds or 0.2 kilograms, and has a maximum capacity of 300 pounds or 136 kilograms. The easy-to-read numbers on its LCD screen are 1-inch high. The scale measures 12-1/2 inches square, is encased in hard plastic with a dimpled mat to prevent slipping, and has a built-in handle for transporting from room to room. A light toe-tap to the reset switch in the lower right-hand corner clears the LCD screen, although the scale automatically reverts to zero when weight is removed.
