I got this scale about a week ago and absolutely love it! Don't get fooled by its size - it's smaller and thinner than some other scales so you can store it more easily. It's very precise - I even tried weighting myself several times in a row and always got the same reading!
It has a little switch on the bottom so you can choose whether you want your weight shown in pounds or kilograms. Based on your settings, it displays weight in either 0.2 kg or 0.5 lb increments.
If you store the scale elsewhere than where you weigh yourself, the manual prompts you to step on the scale, and then step off regardless of the reading. Then you step on it again and weigh yourself as usual. That way the scale adjusts itself to the different surface and the reading is more accurate.
Overall, I would recommend this product.

This scale performs exactly as described. We've had it about a year and it's used daily. So far, it's weighed perfectly every time. For the money, I couldn't ask for more.
I'm happy I purchased this scale and would recommend it to anyone.
UPDATE: This scale completely failed after about 3 years. Given longevity, reducing to 3 stars.
